With the snow falling across Europe here are some Pre-Ski fitness tips from here in Jersey from the Orchard Chiropractic Centre.
Ideally start your exercise program 8 weeks in advance, but it is never too late to start. By toning and strengthening your Core muscles along with your quads and gluteals
